The Center for Vocational Training, with school facilities and office in Yangon provides vocational training according to the dual apprenticeship model, which combines Practice with Theory. CVT works closely with a wide range of training companies.
We are recruiting a
Teacher for Commercial Assistant Profession (1) Post
The suitable person for this post
• Bachelor Degree from University of Economic or relevance knowledge
• Age 30 years and above are preferable.
• must be experience in Administrative Work
• 5 years Working Experience & 2 years Teaching Experience
Main Duties
- To prepare carefully the subjects before the lessons (including of necessary
teaching aides, materials etc.)
- Periodically revise the curricula and up to date level of profession know-how
- Follow carefully the progress of the students and follow-up works with training
companies.
Requirements
- Interested in wide spectre of the profession related aspect in general
- Used to work with a computer (Microsoft Office)
- Good command in written and spoken English.

Senior Teacher for Cabinet Maker Profession (1) Post

• Profound theoretical and practical knowledge in the Furniture Making field
(Material Knowledge/ Working Technique/ Technical Drawing)
Practical Experience in the Furniture Making Field
(Hand tools/ Power tools/ Industrial Machines)
• Age 30 years and above are preferable.
• must be experience in Administrative Work
• 5 years Working Experience & 2 years Teaching Experience

The suitable person for this post
• has a degree in B.E (E.P), CVT graduated, with 5 years working experience and 3 years teaching experience
• Age 30 years and above are preferable.
• Has to teach material knowledge, working technique and electrical installation subjects at Practical Training Course (PTC).
Main Duties
- To prepare carefully the subjects before the lessons (including of necessary
teaching aides, materials etc.)
- To teach Telematic, Basic Science and Technical drawing subjects according to
the CVT’s curriculum.
- Teaching in PTC is compulsory.
- Periodically revise the curricula and up to date level of profession know-how
- Follow carefully the progress of the students and follow-up works with training
companies.
Requirements
- Interested in wide spectre of the profession related aspect in general
- Used to work with a computer (Microsoft Office)
- Good command in written and spoken English.
